1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing MyRepairBook("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Authorized Business Use

MyRepairBook is designed for legitimate mobile, electronics, and appliance repair service operations. You agree not to use the platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk spam, abusive content, or misleading promotional campaigns via WhatsApp.
• Log fraudulent devices or knowingly engage in illegal hardware repairs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the platform's multi-tenant architecture.

3. Account Security

Shop owners are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and OTPs. Any actions performed under your authenticated account are deemed your responsibility.

4. Subscription Billing & Taxes

Paid subscription tiers are billed on a prepaid basis for the selected duration (monthly/annually). Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Service features and point credits reset or renew according to the active plan.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update features, or suspend accounts that violate our fair use policies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
