• Customer & Device Data: Customer contact details, device model, serial number/IMEI, physical condition, repair notes, and estimated costs logged by the shop owner.
• Payment Information: Subscription transaction IDs and billing records (we do not store sensitive credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs; all payments are processed securely via verified third-party gateways like PayU).

• To provide, operate, and maintain the repair management platform.
• To dispatch digital receipts, job sheet status updates, and OTPs via WhatsApp and Email APIs.
• To process subscription renewals, generate invoices, and provide prompt customer assistance.
